How to Set Google as the Default Search Engine in Microsoft Edge

In the past, Internet Explorer was the default browser for Windows. Today, Microsoft Edge has taken its place as the standard browser in Windows 10 and Windows 11.

By default, Microsoft Edge uses Bing as its search engine. However, if you prefer Google, Yahoo, or DuckDuckGo instead, you can easily change this in the settings.

To do this, open your Edge browser, go to the menu, and open Settings. Then, navigate to the “Privacy, Search, and Services” tab and click on “Address Bar and Search”. There, you’ll find a selection field for search engines, including Bing, Google, Yahoo, DuckDuckGo, and Yandex.
